چکیده
Introduction Quantifying the years of life gained associated with light-intensity physical activity may be important for risk communication in public health. Because no studies have examined role expectancy, this study aims to quantify from a population-based U.S. sample. Methods This used data 6,636 participants National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (2003–2006). Analyses were conducted 2020. Light-intensity was categorized into low, medium, high on basis tertiles, survival models applied estimate each group. repeated moderate-to-vigorous above or below median. Results During mean follow-up 11 at 55,520 person-years, 994 deaths recorded. At age 20 years, had predicted expectancy 53.92 (95% CI=46.66, 61.18), 58.16 CI=52.10, 65.22), 58.44 CI=51.29, 65.60) suggesting significant medium levels 2.89 CI=0.90, 4.12) 3.07 CI=0.84, 5.30) years. The corresponding 45 65 2.51 CI=0.40, 5.47) 1.52 CI=0.54, 2.50) group 2.66 CI=0.80, 4.52) 1.62 CI=0.49, 52.75) association median but not those Conclusions extend expectancy. Given low prevalence populations, promotion efforts capitalize emerging evidence activity, particularly among most inactive groups.
